|
Mr. Birch-Mensah is a partner and President of the Business Innovations Group (BIG) Consulting. He has over 5 years experience in the Financial Service Industry and over 12 years general industry experience.
He is currently into Portfolio and Relationship Management with Bank of Scotland Merchant Service (First Data International). Ben worked as a Financial Consultant with American International Group (AIG) in the United Kingdom, specializing in financial services products development and Advice. He also worked with Camp Counselors USA, as a Country Director for Ghana, where he was in charge of recruitment and managing International Exchanges for 5 years in the country.
Bens endowed and excellent entrepreneurial skills emerged in the establishment of Birch Travel and Tours in Accra, Ghana, in 1997.
He studied Information Management and Finance (Msc) at the Westminster Business School, University of Westminster, UK, and obtained his Bachelors (Social Sciences) from the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana.

His experience and hands-on approaches to problem solving in the fields of Service Engineering, Equipment Investment, Service Management, Business Process Reengineering, Strategy, New Venture Development and Growth, and Information Technology adds a plus to his academic background.
Justice is a graduate of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (Ghana) in the field of Agricultural Engineering. He also holds post graduate qualifications in International Business (from the Helsinki University of Technology, Finland) and Business Computing (from the University of Northampton, UK). Justice is a genius in Enterprise Systems, Knowledge Management and Growth Strategies.

Christopher is a partner of Business Innovation Group (BIG). He is currently the IT Manager of Denfleet Pharma Ltd in the United Kingdom where he has been working for the past 4 years. He has a wealth of experience in Business Systems
Re-engineering and Enterprise Application Design and Development. He has undertaken various project management roles in Software and Programme Management. He was the Technical Project Manager of the Central Non-Rechallenge Database system which is being used by the CNRD 2002 Ltd comprising of Novartis, Gethon-Ivax and Denfleet. He has been key in the success of both Denfleet and CNRD 2002 Ltd in MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) Inspections since joining Denfleet.
Christopher graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (Kumasi, Ghana) with honours in B.Sc. Electrical and Electronic Engineering majoring in Computer and Control. He was awarded Professional Certification as a .NET Enterprise Application Development Certified Professional by Learning Tree International.
